are both full of potential! Maui is a lovely filly that has the look and style of a warmblood. If you want shoulder,
bone, a little sizzle and fancy forward action, MAUI will be just your type of RIDE when she grows up. Deacon
on the other hand is small but mighty proper with solid Quarter Horse type of style. This little boy is honest
and friendly as a grandpa at Sunday services, hence the name....and he's right easy on the eyes too!

Meet Neche, (pronouned Naychay) an Indian name for a beautiful
Indian Maid! This 10 year old Pintaloosa Mustang is best ridden by confident and experienced children or adults
familiar with Natural Horsemanship and that practice Clinton Anderson's Techniques... or are willing to continue
this successful programming with Neche. Neche would not be suitable for the timid rider. She will lateral flex, collect,
side pass...etc. Trail ridden and showmanship experienced. Gaited with a soft ride that you can enjoy trail riding all day....you
could call her an inexpensive Gaited Horse she is so smooth. Used as demonstration horse for natural horsemanship clinics,
too.

Here is what our volunteer trainer Randy Kraling has to say about Neche: "My son was 8 yrs old when he began riding Neche after I trained and rode Neche for her first year. My son rode Neche for almost 4 years. I recently sold her to a stables in Iowa and recently used Neche in a natural horsemanship demonstration at the Tractor Supply Store in Mason City, Ia. Neche will collect, side pass, two track and has absolutely amazing responses and is highly advanced in her groundwork. Neche will 'dance' with me."

Meet ROCKY!
Rocky is a registered POA that grew a bit too much and is just over the height limits for showing. His owners paid a lot for him, but found out too late that he cribs and was too tall for the show life they had planned. Ironically, Rocky also went dead lame shortly after he was purchased. Rocky was donated to our partner organization the Rochester Regional Equestrian Center, who called us up looking for a foster home and possible placement for this special pony needing time to heal. RIDE had a foster home waiting, and ROCKY is adoption pending already!

Our adoption application carries a $10 processing fee. Animals
are available at a variety of price points, most starting at a dontaion of $125 which covers a current Coggins, up to
date shots, dental, and hoofcare.

STELLA : Stella is a well bred registered Quarter Horse mare,with the looks and bloodlines to do just about anything. Unfortunately, her front legs are somewhat crooked; Vet and farrier both agree she will be sound for riding. We are recommending a home with other horses where Stella can be ridden on trails and possibly used for 4-H. Stella is 16 hands and knows her size; she will require professional training to acheive her full potential.
Stella comes with a lifetime non-breeding contract. RIDE believes that only knowledgeable horsemen and women should attempt to breed using the best quality, trained and proven horses. Adoption Fee $300

Monkey:
Ok, so it's really a DOG! But we have done Goats, Llamas, Geese, Pigs...why not a dog?
MONKEY was found running in the woods several miles from a foster site this summer. Thin, hungry and dirty, our kind hearted cat lovers brought the dog home, and began to get her healthy. MONKEY is now up to date on her shots, and has been spayed....and is definitely cat tolerant!
We think MONKEY is part Huskey and part Shepard.....but what she really has gotten genetically is energy to burn. If you like to go for walks, or jog, or like to play fetch... this is your girl!
Monkey is young...probably about one year old...and she is smart, but will need some guidance (in the form of obedience training) to reach her full potential. Available to a RIDE approved home.....just call 507-696-4792 or send us an e-mail at info@riderochester for more information!

Some KARMA for those cat lovers out there!
Karma is a lovely 1.5 year old spayed female calioco cat. She has lived indoors all her life, and has been declawed (front). She is the cuddliest cat, and very friendly....except for dogs. (She will tolerate dogs if she has to!) Karma loves to eat and is a very easy keeper. She is currently living with 2 cats that require extra food, and has gained a large amount of weight. She is looking for a new home where she can have her food consumption monitored, and have lots of attention. Perfect companion!
